Access to this agenda requires a special permission at the 'archive' level
The exception is the statistics of a deleted ad /c/{dealer ID}/archive/{moto|dily|prislusenstvi}/{ad ID}/stats (the stats sub-agenda of the record): the statsperm permission is enough for it, the permission at the 'archive' level is not needed
