Detail levels
To increase speed, not all the data we keep are returned by default. The level of detail of the data can be controlled. Only one of the levels can be selected at a time.
The detail level is set by the parameter detail. For a listing of records the default level is summary, for a record detail it is full.
Example:
https://api.tipmoto.com/c/12345/moto.xml?detail=full
| Code | Name | Description |
|---|---|---|
id |
Identifier | Only the record's primary key id, idApi and lastModified (or aktivni) |
summary |
Summary | id + a basic summary, e.g. nazev |
full |
Full detail | All the elements the basic record contains. |
custom:... |
Custom detail | Only id and the listed elements (see below). |
Custom detail
The custom detail level lets you select any elements to be shown. It is useful when you want only some of the data, but summary does not contain what you need, or conversely contains more.
The notation in the URL is special - the string custom is followed by a colon and then a comma-separated list of the elements to be exported. E.g.:
http://api.tipmoto.com/c/12345/moto.xml?detail=custom:nazev,manufacturer
Only the elements of the id level plus the name and the manufacturer are exported. The id element is always exported, so it does not need to be listed. Unknown properties are ignored.
