Differences from a typical REST API

Method PUT vs POST

A standard HTTP REST API uses the POST method to create a record (create) and PUT to update a record (update).

In our system you can always use the same method for creating/updating, and the operation (i.e. create or update) is chosen automatically according to the context (whether the id or idApi already exists or not).
This behaviour makes things easier for you - your application does not need to care whether the record already exists on our side or not.

Data for the POST method

For backward compatibility with some older client libraries that have problems with methods other than GET/POST, we accept POST as form data (multipart/form-data), in the form field named tipmoto
